General Consulting Retainer

This General Consulting Retainer provides ongoing access to professional consulting, strategic guidance, coordination, and advisory services for a monthly fee.

Services may include consulting telephone or video calls, participation in meetings, strategic planning and analysis, problem-solving, coordination of team members and third-party vendors, review of business activities, and other advisory or consulting services as reasonably appropriate.

This retainer is based on ongoing access to consulting expertise and professional best efforts. It is not an hourly services agreement and does not include or guarantee any specific number of consulting hours, meetings, deliverables, work products, or other services during any particular month.

The consultant will use reasonable professional judgment and best efforts in providing services; however, no specific business, financial, operational, sales, or other outcome is represented, promised, or guaranteed.

The retainer fee is, payable in advance. All payments are final and non-refundable. There are no partial, prorated, or full refunds for any month once payment has been made, regardless of the amount of consulting activity, services utilized, meetings attended, or work product produced during that month.

The client may cancel the consulting arrangement at any time, provided all fees due for the current month have been paid in full. Cancellation will prevent future monthly charges but will not create a right to a refund or credit for any portion of the current month.

This engagement is intended to provide the client with flexible access to experienced strategic consulting and support as business needs arise, without requiring either party to predetermine a specific number of hours or defined monthly work product.
